Our service delivery process
We recognize all clients, big and small as the same - that is why follow the process below to ensure that all services rendered is to the best quality.

Initialization
Our clients contact us via our contact form or any other method of contact and give us information on the service they would like us to perform for them. Our talented media persons are assigned to the task and create a quotation based on client's specific request and reach out to the client with further information and steps to be taken.

Research and planning phase.
Once the client has agreed on the price, our assigned media persons will get to working on it. To ensure the best service is rendered, we will conduct research into it to make sure that your design, images or motion works are unique and stand out from the rest. If need be, we will reach out to our client for any further information and presentation of drawn out ideas.

Design phase/ Service rendering
Once we have all the information, our designers will work on the designs and present the draft work to the client. In the event of photography and videography services, during this phase is when we will be carrying out the services to the client e.g. having a photoshoot, filming event content etc.

Final Phase
Once the client is satisfied with the drafts, we will work to finalize the designs and send them for print if need be. Videos and photos will be edited according to client's specifications and communication will be sent to the client about the final products.
